About the Role

Lit Digital Inc. is a leading digital marketing agency committed to helping brands grow and thrive in the competitive digital landscape. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Manager to join our team and manage key client accounts, ensuring their goals are met through effective brand strategies and marketing initiatives.

🚀Role

  • Oversee client accounts from day-to-day, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations

  • Assist in increasing market share and sales for clients’ products or services

  • Assist clients’ brand management in maintaining brand popularity among consumers through but not limited to social media channels

  • Assist in executing brand strategies for both clients and the Company in an efficient manner

  • Assist the team in building brand image for clients and the Company’s products or services

  • Conduct and document market research on the latest trends in changing consumer tastes

  • Work with the team to analyze, assess, and evaluate competitors’ products and their brand issues

  • Coordinate with clients, sales staff, advertising executives, and marketing specialists in developing a brand image for clients’ products

  • Oversee the client servicing deliverables making sure targets and deadlines are met

  • Ensure compliance with clients’ standards, practices, and protocols in executing brand assistant functions


🚀Must have

  • At least 2 years of agency experience in clients servicing

  • Clients handled are ideally from the hospitality and retail industries

  • Proven track record and ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver projects on time

  • Strong understanding of the importance of client satisfaction and retention

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams (pls do not apply if cannot communicate in English properly)

  • Strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

  • Experience in using tools for productivity & efficiency

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • A 'can-do' attitude is a must

  • Team player and takes ownership

  • Hard-working, myst have grit, and no entitlement issues
