Brands Manager / Content Strategist

Lit Digital is a dynamic and forward-thinking digital marketing agency focused on crafting innovative strategies that drive brand growth and engagement. We are looking for a highly skilled Brand Manager/Content Strategist to join our team and lead the development of powerful brand stories across various digital platforms.

🚀Role

  • Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with industry and platform trends, as well as predict future trends

  • Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across online platforms especially social media to ensure that clients' products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands

  • Analyze the success of marketing campaigns, especially content production and create reports with actionable insights

  • Supervise content production and campaign executions to maintain consistency in branding and make sure we're meeting clients' targets

  • Meet and collaborate with clients and work with the Lit's teams across multiple departments

  • Manage productions and lead brand assistants

  • Proofread all content to be released per client

  • Organize timelines for production, campaign executions, photo shoots, and other brand marketing-related activities


🚀Must have

  • At least 2 years of brands management in an agency setting

  • Clients handled are ideally from the hospitality and retail industries

  • Proven track record and ability to manage multiple brands and deliver projects on time

  • Proven track record on content and brand strategy creation

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams (pls do not apply if cannot communicate in English properly)

  • Copywriting skills a big plus

  • Strong proofreading skills required

  • Social media savvy and keeps up with the trends

  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks

  • Strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

  • Experience in using tools for productivity & efficiency

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to manage multiple brands and a small production team

  • Ability to influence a team to achieve a common goal in a given timeline

  • A 'can-do' attitude is a must

  • Team player and takes ownership

  • Hard-working, myst have grit, and no entitlement issues

  • Comfortable with remote work, occasional field work, and flexible schedules
