Junior Multimedia Designer

🚀Role

• Take the lead in creating compelling graphics and visuals for various digital platforms

• Collaborate with the team for content design ideation, branding, and campaign development

• Execute monthly content calendars and assist in the rollout of social media campaigns

• Participate in and help direct occasional photo/video shoots

• Edit and produce short-form videos optimized for social platforms

• Research trends, experiment with design ideas, and contribute to strategic creative solutions

• Maintain consistency in brand visuals and messaging across all touchpoints

• Support internal and client-facing brand building projects

• Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality

🚀Must have

• 1–2 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and AI tools

• Experience in social media graphic design

• Experience in shoots and content production

• Experience in photo and video editing

• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and social media formats

• Excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics

• Strong team player, able to work independently, and takes ownership of tasks

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Highly motivated, with a can-do attitude and a growth mindset

• Comfortable with remote work, occasional field work, and flexible schedules

• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• A 'can-do' and 'can-learn' attitude is a must

• Hard-working, must have grit, and no entitlement issues
