🚀Role

  • Responsible for creating, implementing, and managing an organization's or client's social media strategy.

  •  Their job involves content creation, scheduling, and curation for various social media platforms. They monitor and analyze engagement, metrics, and trends to optimize performance and ensure brand consistency.

  • Additionally, they collaborate with other teams, manage social media advertising, and respond to user inquiries or feedback.

  • Overall, the role requires strong communication, creativity, and digital marketing skills to build and maintain a positive online presence. Can handle multiple accounts.


🚀Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, trending posts per platform, and user demographics

  • Clients handled are ideally from the hospitality and retail industries

  • Proven track record and ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver projects on time

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams (pls do not apply if cannot communicate in English properly)

  • Proven ability to develop and produce engaging and shareable content

  • Analytical skills to track and report social media performance

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and technologies

  • Experience in managing multiple social media accounts for businesses or clients

  • Experience in social media design or knowledge on content production

  • Experience in shoots and content production

  • Experience in Meta and TikTok Ads a PLUS

  • Growth mindset with a drive to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors

  • Strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

  • Experience in using tools for productivity & efficiency

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • A 'can-do' and 'can-learn' attitude is a must

  • Strong team player and takes ownership

  • Hard-working, myst have grit, and no entitlement issues
