🚀Role
Responsible for creating, implementing, and managing an organization's or client's social media strategy.
 Their job involves content creation, scheduling, and curation for various social media platforms. They monitor and analyze engagement, metrics, and trends to optimize performance and ensure brand consistency.
Additionally, they collaborate with other teams, manage social media advertising, and respond to user inquiries or feedback.
Overall, the role requires strong communication, creativity, and digital marketing skills to build and maintain a positive online presence. Can handle multiple accounts.
🚀Must have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, trending posts per platform, and user demographics
Clients handled are ideally from the hospitality and retail industries
Proven track record and ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver projects on time
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams (pls do not apply if cannot communicate in English properly)
Proven ability to develop and produce engaging and shareable content
Analytical skills to track and report social media performance
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and technologies
Experience in managing multiple social media accounts for businesses or clients
Experience in social media design or knowledge on content production
Experience in shoots and content production
Experience in Meta and TikTok Ads a PLUS
Growth mindset with a drive to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors
Strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Experience in using tools for productivity & efficiency
Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A 'can-do' and 'can-learn' attitude is a must
Strong team player and takes ownership
Hard-working, myst have grit, and no entitlement issues
