Lit Digital Inc. is a leading digital marketing agency helping brands grow in the digital space. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage brand social media accounts, create and execute content strategies, monitor performance, and drive audience engagement across platforms

Responsible for creating, implementing, and managing an organization's or client's social media strategy.
Involves content creation, scheduling, and curation for various social media platforms. Monitor and analyze engagement, metrics, and trends to optimize performance and ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate with other teams, manage social media advertising, and respond to user inquiries or feedback.
Overall, the role requires strong communication, creativity, and digital marketing skills to build and maintain a positive online presence. Can handle multiple accounts.
🚀Must have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, trending posts per platform, and user demographics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to develop and produce engaging and shareable content
Analytical skills to track and report social media performance
Initiative and creativity in developing campaigns and strategies
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and technologies
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience in managing multiple social media accounts for businesses or clients
Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to various roles within the team
